text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: #000000; line-height: 22.4pt; font-family: "HY견명조"; letter-spacing: -0.28pt; text-align: justify"> 또 국토해양부에서 제천시 관내 2,468필지의 표준지 공시지가를 결정·공시하게 되면 이를 토대로 이미 조사된 개별 필지의 토지특성에 따라 당해 토지와 가장 유사한 비교표준지를 선정하여 토지가격비준표에 정하여진 항목별 비준율을 적용하여 개별공시지가를 산정하게 된다.</span></p> <p style="font-size: 14pt;
