text-align: justify"> 이 같은 배경에는 공공시설물의 기능성, 편리성, 다양성, 외적인 아름다움을 추구하기 위해 제천시가 규칙 제400호로 ‘도시환경시설물 등에 관한 디자인 시행규칙’을 공포해 오는 9월 21일부터 시행에 들어갔기 때문이다.</span></p> <p style="font-size: 14pt; margin: 0pt; color: #000000; letter-spacing: 0pt; text-align: justify"> 이 디자인 시행규칙은 도시미관 개선을 위해 공용건축물과 공공시설물, 도시구조물, 가로시설물(이하‘도시환경시설물’)을 체계적으로 관리, 개선하고 디자인에 대한 질적 수준향상을 목적으로 마련됐으며 시는 제천시건축문화공간디자인위원회(이하‘디자인위원회’라 함)를 설치, 운영하게 된다.</span></p> <p style="font-size: 14pt;
