letter-spacing: 0pt; text-align: justify"> 생활수준의 향상으로 세탁소 이용횟수가 증가 하면서 세탁물로 인한 분쟁도 비례적으로 증가하고 있으며 『인수증교부의무』가 지켜지지 않아 세탁물 분실 및 하자 발생시 책임소재가 불분명하여 소비자와 세탁업자간의 마찰이 잦아지고 있다.</span></p> <p style="font-size: 14pt; color: #000000; line-height: 18.2pt; font-family: ''HY견명조''; letter-spacing: 0pt; text-align: justify"> 주부클럽제천지부에서는 소비자에게 세탁물 인수증 교부의무 및 내용에 관한 올바른 정보를 제공하고 소비자와 세탁업자간에 발생할 수 있는 분쟁을 최소화하고 소비자불만 및 피해를 줄이고자 8월 19일부터 8월 22일까지 4일에 거쳐 직접 세탁소를 방문하여 세탁소 이용에 대한 시민의식 조사를 실시했다.</span></p> <p style="font-size: 14pt; letter-spacing: 0pt; text-align: justify">의류 10개 품목을 기준으로 </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: #000000; line-height: 18.2pt; font-family: ''HY견명조''; letter-spacing: 0pt; text-align: justify">최저가 53,000원 최고가 98,000원으로 45,000원까지 가격 차이를 보였고, 세탁인수증 교부현황을 보면 ‘항상 교부한다’고 응답한 업소는 6개소(10%), ‘원하는 경우에만 교부한다’가 35개소(58%)를 차지했고,‘교부하지 않는다’는 대답도 19개소(32%)나 됐다.</span></p> <p style="font-size: 14pt; color: #000000; line-height: 18.2pt; font-family: ''HY견명조''; letter-spacing: 0pt; text-align: justify"> 세탁물 인수시 의류의 하자를 확인하는지에 대한 조사결과는 ‘하자를 확인한다’는 50개 업소(83%), ‘하자를 확인하지 않는다’가 10개 업소(17%)로 나타났고, 세탁물 표준약관 비치여부에 대한 조사결과 ‘비치되어 있다’는 35개 업소(58%)‘비치되어 있지 않다’는 업소도 25개 업소(42%)였다.</span></p> <p style="font-size: 14pt;
